Partner Promotion for Employment Law Solicitor

Some positive news amid the unsettling Coronavirus outbreak reports. Sarah Collier, head of employment law at KBL has been promoted to Partner.

Sarah has specialised in employment law since 2009. She joined KBL in 2018, from Preston based law firm Napthens. She heads up the employment department at a time when businesses have more of a need for expert legal advice than ever. Sarah says: “I’m delighted and very proud to join the partnership at KBL at what is an extremely busy time for the employment team. The ever-changing situation around COVID19 means that our clients are relying on our essential support during these uncertain times and it’s certainly business as usual for us”.

The employment team at KBL advise and provide support to businesses on a multitude of HR/employment matters with particular specialism in discrimination including disability and cancer-related discrimination and harassment including sexual harassment. The team also act for directors and senior employees on exit strategies and other associated corporate transactions.
