Phil has spent his entire legal career at KBL specialising in corporate transactions, commercial contracts, management buy outs/ins, joint ventures, restructuring and partnerships – advising owner-managed businesses across the North West. While he has stepped back from day-to-day practice, Phil continues to contribute his knowledge, experience and insight, remaining an important part of the firm’s culture and ongoing work.

My 'claim to fame' / something no-one knows about me (until now):
I represented Digicel in the negotiation of their master sponsorship agreement with the West Indies Cricket Board in 2004 and on renewal on two subsequent occasions since.

The England cricket team, the England rugby team and, owing to my Welsh granny, the Wales rugby team (except when they are playing England and I’m forced to choose).
