What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you complete a contact form on this website and/or register to receive our email marketing newsletters. We only collect the following personal data about you:

- Company name
- Telephone number

How will we use this information about you?
Website contact form completions
This information is used to process and respond to your enquiry. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you. All traffic (transferral of files) between this website and your browser is encrypted and delivered over HTTPS, including information you submit in the contact form.
All the personal data we process is processed by our staff in the UK; however for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information is located on servers within the European Union. No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.

We would like to use your name and email address to inform you of our news, forthcoming events and provide informative legal insights and updates. This information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. If you are under 16 years of age you MUST obtain parental consent before joining our email newsletter.
To register for our marketing emails please complete our sign-up form. By registering you will receive periodic (around twelve times per year) newsletter-style emails from us.
If you choose to register for our email newsletter, the email address that you submit to us will be forwarded to Mailchimp who provide us with email marketing services. We consider Mailchimp to be a third-party data processor. The email address that you submit will not be stored within this website’s own database or in any of our internal computer systems.
Your email address will remain within Mailchimp’s database for as long as we continue to use Mailchimp’s services for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email. When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list.
How long do we keep this information?
Completed contact form enquiries will be retained for a maximum of seven years after which time they will be destroyed. Your information that we use for marketing purposes will be kept by us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
Access to your information and correction
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information please contact us.
We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
