Our property department led by Debbie Roberts is well rehearsed in all aspects of commercial property including acquisitions & disposals, leases, option agreements, plot sales, development acquisitions, compulsory purchase orders and licensed trade premises.

We act on behalf of a wide range of clients from start-up businesses taking their first lease through to multi million pound deals for national retailers and investment clients with extensive property portfolios. We believe a quick, efficient and personal service is essential in this area of business.

We consider it important to build business relationships on a sound commercial basis; each client having a point of personal contact with a particular member of the team. We also have the team structures in place for dealing with larger acquisitions and projects and have acted for a number of well-known names amongst developers, landlords and national retailers.
