Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Private Client Solicitor to join our well-established and expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor (5+ years PQE) to take on a high-quality existing caseload while playing a key role in shaping the future of our Private Client department. The successful candidate will manage a broad and interesting range of matters, acting for a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, families and clients with business interests.
The caseload includes, but is not limited to:
- Trust Administration
- Tax Planning Advice
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Complex Inheritance Tax returns
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Potential Court of Protection work
What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 5 years’ PQE in private client work
- Ideally STEP qualified (or working towards)
- Strong technical expertise and a commercial outlook
- Excellent client care skills and the ability to manage complex matters with confidence
Insolvency Paralegal/Administrator (Blackburn office)
This is a full-time, office-based role supporting a well-established team across a broad range of Insolvency matters. Duties include assisting fee earners with case administration, preparing documentation, managing files and providing general administrative support.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Good IT skills
- A strong team ethic
- A willingness to learn
- A law degree is desirable but not essential and full training will be provided.
