Individual Voluntary Arrangements

An IVA is an arrangement which you can reach with your creditors to make a contribution to your unsecured debts which will be accepted in full and final settlement. IVAs are supervised by an insolvency practitioner and are a binding agreement between you and your creditors.

We have a wealth of experience in advising individuals, creditors and insolvency practitioners alike on the terms of IVAs and what these mean for those involved.

We can assist in advising individuals in respect of the terms of an IVA prior to it being entered into.  In addition we can advise you on your position if you find you are unable to adhere to the terms which have been agreed by your creditors and what this will mean for you if your IVA fails.
