Directors Disqualification
If you have received notification from the Secretary of State/the Insolvency Service that disqualification proceedings are being considered, or have been commenced, against you as a result of your actions as a director, we can help.
We can advise you in respect of defending any disqualification action and/or mitigating any sanction which may be sought against you. We have experience in dealing with the Insolvency Service in defending such proceedings and have assisted directors in avoiding all liability and/or achieving the best possible outcome. Early advice is key and it is extremely important that any notifications in respect of your conduct as a director are not ignored. The more time you have available the greater the prospect of a successful defence or moderate sanction.
Even if you are in situation where such notification was received some time ago it is always advisable to seek help. We can assist even if such proceedings are advanced. It is not too late. The key factor is to take advice in order to best influence the outcome.
