A highly regarded Commercial Property solicitor with more than 10 years’ experience, Gillian is known for her commercial approach, technical expertise and longstanding relationships with clients and professional contacts across the region. She advises landlords, tenants, developers, investors and businesses on a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, development and investment work.

During her time at KBL, Gillian has played an important role in the continued success of the Commercial Property team which is recognised for its breadth of work across the full spectrum of commercial property matters and its focus on delivering clear, commercially focussed advice on complex transactions.
