KBL Solicitors are delighted to welcome Richard da Roza to their expanding team.  Richard joins the Insolvency department as an associate solicitor from Hill Dickinson in Manchester. He will primarily work out of the Blackburn office advising clients on all aspects of insolvency.

Richard has considerable experience in advising companies, individuals, creditors, debtors, directors and other stakeholders in relation to all aspects of insolvency.  He has a particular specialism in contentious insolvency matters including claims under the Insolvency Act 1986 and claims involving directors and directors’ disqualification proceedings.
