KBL Announces Four Senior Promotions

KBL promotes 4 solicitors in acknowledgement of their hard work and commitment. Greg Gardner-Boyes and Maria Lonergan join the partnership as Helen Grundy and Gillian Hindle are promoted to Associate level.
Greg joined KBL in 2016 when the practice merged with Garricks LLP to form KBL’s Blackburn office. Greg specialises in both contentious and non-contentious commercial matters, advising on shareholder and partnership issues, director and shareholder duties and obligations as well as general commercial affairs.
Maria has headed up the firms Wills, Trusts, Tax & Probate department since joining KBL in 2016 and has over 9 years’ experience in dealing with both contentious and non-contentious private client matters. She is an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a student member of the Association of Contentious Trust & Probate.
Helen Grundy and Gillian Hindle are both members of KBL’s highly regarded property team. Helen is an accredited member of the Law Society’s Quality Conveyancing scheme dealing with all aspects of the home buying process. Whilst Gillian specialises in commercial property work, including acquisitions & disposals, leases, landlord & tenant, licensed trade work, and property portfolio management.
