Wills, Trusts, Tax & Probate
It’s a worrying time for everyone, especially the elderly and vulnerable. We’ve been contacted recently by clients wishing to get their affairs in order. This has become a priority for many who want to ensure they have an up to date Will and in some cases, a Power of Attorney. A Will requires the signature to be witnessed and for those obeying Government guidance and are staying indoors this can prove problematic.
Rest assured that we will do everything we can to make this as easy as possible for you, you can instruct us by phone, we’ll then prepare the paperwork and arrange to witness your signature, either at our office or in some instances, your home.
We will ensure we are keeping everyone safe and observe the distancing guidelines giving you peace of mind. If you have any questions please speak to our Private Client team on 01204 527777 or email enquiries@kbl.co.uk
