Senior Private Client Solicitor (8+ PQE)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Private Client Solicitor to join our well-established and expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior-level solicitor (8+ years PQE) to take on a high-quality existing caseload while playing a key role in shaping the future of our Private Client department. The successful candidate will manage a broad and interesting range of matters, acting for a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, families and clients with business interests.
The caseload includes, but is not limited to:
- Trust Administration
- Tax Planning Advice
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Complex Inheritance Tax returns
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Potential Court of Protection work
What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 8 years’ PQE in private client work
- Ideally STEP qualified (or working towards)
- Strong technical expertise and a commercial outlook
- Excellent client care skills and the ability to manage complex matters with confidence
The Team
You will be joining a friendly and well-established team comprising a Senior Associate Solicitor with over 30 years’ experience, an Associate Solicitor (3 years PQE), a Paralegal and a Legal Secretary. The team is known for its technical knowledge and its commitment to providing excellent client service across all areas of private client work.
