Susanne has over 20 years’ experience in employment law and is highly regarded for her practical, commercially focused advice. She brings a wealth of experience and strategic insight to the firm’s employment offering, with a clear understanding of the challenges faced by employers in managing risk and resolving disputes effectively.
She primarily advises businesses across a range of sectors on all aspects of employment law, including disciplinary and grievance matters, redundancy and restructuring processes and the management of tribunal claims. She has particular expertise in defending complex claims involving unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract. Susanne also advises on day-to-day HR issues and supports employers with the drafting and review of employment documentation, including service agreements, contracts of employment and internal policies.
In addition, Susanne advises senior employees and directors on specific matters such as negotiating settlement agreements.
