Michael heads up KBL’s Commercial Litigation/Dispute Resolution team. He is an experienced commercial litigator with unrivalled expertise in the professional negligence arena.
Michael advises on all aspects of complex commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on the banking and financial services industry. Other specialisms include: partnership / shareholder / contractual disputes, insolvency, property litigation, contracts, and debt recovery.
