Emma joined KBL in 2026 as a Senior Associate Solicitor, specialising in private client work including Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate Administration, Tax and Estate Planning, Asset Protection and Powers of Attorney. With over 11 years’ experience, she is a trusted adviser to clients seeking guidance on wealth preservation and succession planning, taking a personalised approach to ensure each client’s goals and objectives are fully understood and achieved.
Emma has extensive experience in the private client sector and previously served as a Partner at a Bury-based law firm before joining KBL.

My 'claim to fame' / something no-one knows about me (until now):
I was born the wrong nationality - I should have been American. I visit every year, studied there at university at 20, have travelled the country extensively and even drive a Mustang and a Jeep!
