  • Phil Badley, Diamond Nine. With a background as an HR Director and Operational Director, Phil has a strong track record in supporting leaders to transform organisational behaviour, operational performance, improve efficiency, increase revenue and improve employee morale. Phil brings his leadership learning and experience together with his passion for developing individuals and teams to design interventions that deliver practical results.
  • Maria Mander, Health & Wellbeing Specialist at Skills for Growth. Providing strategic direction for your business to create a culture of wellness and increase performance for success. Maria has vast experience in developing wellbeing strategies designed to encourage and educate employees to invest in their wellbeing to thrive at work.

Plus, special guest speaker…

  • Gill Smallwood MBE, Chief Executive at Fortalice. Having recently been recognised in the New Year Honours List for her services to victims of domestic violence. Gill was awarded an MBE for her longstanding work locally, both in the community and with Fortalice. Gill joins us to share an insight into her challenges as a leader throughout Covid and beyond.
