KBL Solicitors provides free Will service to help Macmillan Cancer Support.

KBL Solicitors has joined forces with Macmillan Cancer Support to exclusively offer a free will-writing service during May 14 to May 18 2012 to the people of Bolton.

For a limited time only, KBL will waive their fees for simple Wills, and instead will encourage clients to make a voluntary donation of £50.00 to Macmillan Cancer Support.

97% of Macmillan’s funding comes from voluntary donations, over a third of which is from gifts in Wills. Without these vital donations the development of cancer support services across the UK, such as Macmillan financial grants, would not be possible. Last year Macmillan gave £43,457 in grants to 123 local cancer patients in Bolton to help ease the financial burden often experienced by patients going through their cancer journey.

Rose Tipton at Macmillan says: “We are extremely grateful to KBL for supporting Macmillan through this initiative. Whether people choose to donate now, in their Wills or both, their support is vital to ensuring that more services like the financial grants will be available to future generations of people affected by cancer in Bolton.”
