KBL in Million Pound Deal

Local property investor & developer Nigel Johnston has acquired Halton House, Green Fold Way, Leigh in a million pound deal.

The purchase was completed by KBL Solicitors of Mawdsley Street, Bolton.

The 20,000 sq ft industrial warehouse is on an estate with transporters Norbert Dentressangle Group and Volex, a leading producer of interconnect cable assemblies.
