KBL in £1.9m deal for Townsons

BOLTON-based property investors & developers Townson Estates plc have acquired Carleton Court, Fleetwood in a £1.9 million deal.
The deal was negotiated by surveyors Fifield Glyn and completed by KBL Solicitors of Mawdsley Street, Bolton.
The high street retail and office space is occupied by several tenants including Subway, Poundstretcher, Blackpool & Fylde College and Lancashire County Council.

Townsons, based in Bolton, was formed in 1973 and has since built up an impressive portfolio of commercial property in locations throughout the Midlands and North-West.
