KBL's latest recruit

ANNEKA Jones is the latest recruit to Bolton solicitors KBL’s corporate commercial department.

She trained and qualified at Rawsthorns (now Marsden Rawsthorn LLP) specialising in corporate and commercial work before joining Eversheds LLP where she worked in mergers and acquisitions.

Said Anneka: “I came to KBL because of its enviable reputation for commercial law and it’s forward-thinking approach. I’m really looking forward to working in the corporate department, alongside such highly regarded lawyers and to working with local businesses.”

The 27 year-old will continue to specialise in mergers and acquisitions but will also be involved in new business start ups, shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, restructuring and company formation and administration.

Partner Phil Stephenson commented: “We’re delighted to have Anneka with us. She brings particular strengths and skills which will undoubtedly be an asset to the firm and its clients.”

Anneka lives in Lostock and in her spare time enjoys walking, holidays abroad and skiing
