Jane to become a Tax Technician

Jane Molyneaux of Bolton solicitors KBL will soon become a qualified member of the Association of Tax Technicians (ATT).

Jane has successfully completed half of the qualification covering Personal Taxation (including Income Tax and Capital Gains Tax), Inheritance Tax, Trusts & Estates.

“Completing the full qualification will enable me to have a greater understanding of Tax issues generally and advise my clients accordingly in relation to Tax planning for Wills” says Jane.

The ATT qualification provides full membership of the Association of Tax Technicians, which is the leading professional body for those providing tax compliance services and related activities in the UK.

To gain full membership you are required to complete 4 modules, Jane has successfully completed the first 2 and is due to complete the final 2 in November.
