BCC Secure 15 Year Lease

BCC Motor Group instructed Bolton-based law firm, KBL, to act on the recent renewal of a lease for their Hyundai showroom on Bury Road, Bolton.

KBL and BCC worked together to secure an extension for a further 15 years at the site when their existing lease expires in 2015.

Stephen Bell, Property Associate at KBL said: “The renewal lease of the Bolton site marks a further stage of BCC’s ongoing commitment to the brand and to Bolton. KBL is delighted to be acting for the company during their expansion.”

The £150k investment in the brand by BCC is in line with Hyundai’s continuing growth, which is being driven by the release of new car models.

BCC will carry out extensive remodeling and refurbishments of the site which will see the showroom expand by 1000 sq. ft. The new showroom will enable them to display the full range of Hyundai’s models. The refurbishment is expected to be complete by mid-September 2012.
