£2m Acquisition: James Industrial

Bolton Solicitors, KBL has handled the purchase of an industrial park in excess of £2 million for local business, James Industrial R.B.S.

The Bolton based property investor, Michael James has used KBL’s expertise in the acquisition of Casino Park, Amber Court, Wigan. Two of the six units are occupied by Hartley Brothers Ltd and Tow Master Ltd whilst the remaining four units are currently vacant and available to let.
