Specific Issue Orders

This is an order giving directions for the purpose of a specific question which has arisen or may arise in connection with any aspect of parental responsibility for a child. It may cover education; religious education; child’s surname or medical treatment. Any matter in dispute between a parent can be dealt with by means of this.
