Contact Order

The Contact Order is what used to be called “An Access Order”. A Contact Order is usually appropriate where the parents cannot agree or where there have been difficulties in exercising contact. It can be “reasonable” or it can be detailed and very specific.

Generally Contact Orders work best where the parties are in agreement.
