Once a site has been purchased, we have the knowledge needed for preparing it for onward sale to members of the pubic. From seeking approval of the land registry to the site plans, and dealing with leasehold or freehold disposals, or sorting out management issues we have acted for some major developers including Jones Homes, Hargreaves and DC Kennedy Homes.
