Land Tribunal Work

If there is a dispute with a landowner, one way of dealing with it is to go to a Land Tribunal, but this can be an expensive route and the solicitor will always try to resolve issues before this step is taken. However, it may sometimes be necessary to go to Tribunal to overturn historical covenants that may have been placed on buildings many years ago but which no longer apply due to change of use or circumstance.
